Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and their custom details, all sales are final. 

Each item is cut and made to order and yet, sometimes mistakes happen. If there are any issues or concerns about the items received, please fill out the contact form found in the main menu.  Please include your email and your order number. You will receive a response within 48 hours. 

Returns/exchanges for ordering the wrong size will not be accepted. Please refer to the size chart located in the menu main and the item description. If you are unsure of what size to order, feel free to send us a message including the head circumference of who will be wearing the item and we can help you out!

If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours.
